Meditation and contemplative practices provide the grounding, equanimity, and clarity to open our hearts to our experience, to acknowledge our grief, and to cultivate deep connection by piercing the illusion of separateness.
CURRENT AND UPCOMING PROGRAMS
Join in outdoor Meditation with the Earth every Friday at 12 noon in Central Park in downtown Boulder, CO.
Arrive as early as 12pm – we will ring the bell at 12:10 for a 30 minute period of meditation, followed by a brief share. Join for all or part of the meditation as you are called and able.
Bring a cushion, ground pad or chair if you are able. A few will be available. Dress/layer as needed for the weather.
By practicing regularly in nature — sitting in the elements, with the elements, as the elements — we are able to experience greater intimacy with the Earth and with the interdependency of all life. During this time of profound of ecological change, we draw upon the practice of bearing witness to help us to feel deeply, see clearly and act wisely to nurture a healthy, thriving planet.
